Do you offer design and engineering assistance for new products?
Yes, D.P. Tool & Machine, Inc. collaborates closely with engineering teams during the early design stages to offer economical manufacturing solutions and ensure parts are optimized for production.
What is your typical lead time for a custom project?
While lead times vary based on the complexity and volume of the design, we typically strive to complete and turn around products within 2–3 weeks or less to meet tight market schedules.
Can you manufacture components without a CAD model or geometric print?
Our facility is equipped to perform reverse engineering and detailed inspection of physical parts to obtain the necessary dimensions and replicate the component accurately.
Are you certified to handle aerospace and defense contracts?
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and strictly follow AS9100 guidelines for our aerospace customers, maintaining active ITAR registration and a CAGE code for government projects.
What materials are you capable of machining?
We work with a vast array of materials including stainless steel, exotic alloys, high-alloy and hardened steels, aluminum, copper, brass, and specialized plastics like glass-filled Ultem.
Does D.P. Tool & Machine accept credit card payments?

What are your maximum machining capacities?
We can handle large-scale requirements including CNC turning up to 33.8″ in diameter and 120″ in length, as well as vertical machining with envelopes up to 80″ x 27.56″ x 28.5″.
Do you provide complete assembly and international shipping?
We offer full electro-mechanical assembly services and specialized machine building, and we have the logistics capabilities to ship finished products to clients outside of the United States.
